Adobe Photoshop Lightroom’s Lens Correction Panel is truly amazing. Within Lightroom’s Lens Correction Panel are tools for vignette removal and chromatic aberration repair. There are few things in digital photography worthy of the word “magical” but the tools in this panel deserve that kind of lofty praise.
If you are wondering, chromatic aberration is the fancy scientific term for those weird color fringes that are often seen around the edges of objects in our photographs. Chromatic aberration looks like red, cyan, magenta, or green stripes along the sides of things that should have a nice clean edge. Luckily, the Lens Correction Panel has an easy fix to this common problem!
